Expiration Date:Expiration Date
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

I have to disagree with other reviews for this product. I think it mixes quite easily with liquid, tastes nice (as far as protein powders go) and is easy on the stomach. it gives my shakes a creamy texture too I bought this product because of its high amino acid content, slow release and digestability.

It's important for it to be edible so I could drink it, but it's pretty disgusting, it has a funky smell too. I had to add some sugar, unfortunately, to make it drinkable. If you're from now foods, make a more tasty version to mask the egg taste.
Could Be Better

I had difficulty mixing this stuff in a protein powder shaker. It comes out a bit bubbly snd there tiny beads of egg white powder not mixed into the water or almond milk that I mix with it. Taste is tolerable. I used cocoa powder and stevia for taste.

A safe way to give protein to renal dogs or cats without the fear of high phosphorous
Posted by iHerb Customer on March 17 2018 | Verified Purchase
Having a cat with renal disease was very hard in the beginning as I was a novice and a scared one. I thought it was a death sentence for a suffering short life for my previous sushi, my cat. Many vets do not know enough about the need for all animals to have protein, for their bones and general health. They recommend low phosphorous foods, like renal wet and dry which contain 0.5% phosphorous with almost no protein. So cats end of losing muscle mass and energy and wither away. Adding pure egg white powder gives them back the protein without the phosphorous, so they regain their muscle mass and their strength. You can also add this to your shakes, add water for making microwave or stir fried egg whites -- nothing goes to waste. Joyce
My favorite protein

I have been using this protein ever since I ditched whey. I absolutely love it. Because it's unflavored, you can mix it with a variety of other healthy ingredients for a perfect shake.
